These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Color & Palette ("App"), developed by Lepekha Ruslan ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.
All content and intellectual property within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and color data systems, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any data or content provided by the App. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
We respect your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data.
You are solely responsible for any content you generate or share using the App. We are not responsible for any content shared or generated by users.
Links and shared data such as palettes and color information may be removed without prior notice.
We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
